We offer 2 solutions:

– Solution 1: Buy for me (we take care of the purchase of the customer from the order to the shipment)

– Solution 2: Buy by yourself (we collect and send your package)

Order can be made at French and European Union online stores, which deliver in France through our French address for online shopping. We forward to over 200 countries.

The weight of the package must not exceed 20 kg or 30 kg (depending on the country), and the total of the 3 dimensions (L x W x H) must not exceed 2 meters.

Article 2: Order process

Make a request with the buying request form. Select solution 1 or solution 2 according to your wish. Complete it with all the necessary information.

You will receive a reply or our offer within three business days.

The offer is valid for two weeks.

Then to confirm the process, the user will have to accept the offer by paying in Euros. 

Article 3: Price

The price is detailed on the offer accepted by the customer.

Article 4: Payment in Euros

The customer can pay by Paypal, credit card with Paypal or Stripe, bank transfer.

As part of its fight against fraud, we may have to ask the customer for proof of his identity to prevent any stolen means of payment. In the absence of a response from the customer to this verification within three days after this request, the order will be cancelled.

Article 5: Delivery

• We shop France ship to over 200 countries, and shipping to PO Box address is not available.
• As soon as the package is ready to be sent, We shop France informs the customer by email. For security reasons, all packages received are opened and inspected thoroughly.
  
• Estimated delivery times are from 3 to 21 days with French priority mail (Colissimo, La Poste), depending on the country. 
• We shop France cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery by the carrier.

Article 6: Litigation

For any information, question, or complaint, the customer can contact customer service using the contact form on the site.

Article 7: Responsibilities

The responsibility of We shop France cannot be engaged by an error caused by a lack of information or wrong information given by the customer. The instructions we receive in the buying request form must specify the exact product description. We will not place an order if you don’t supply sufficient information. Also, if it includes any prohibited item or if the item is out-of-stock.

-We cannot guarantee the quality or suitability of the products you order. We are also not responsible if the merchant fails to fulfill the order or ships the wrong product.

-The customer is fully responsible for the content of his package. After that, the commitment of We shop France ends with the shipment of the package.

-Customs processes and laws depend on the destination country and the content of the package. We shop France is not concerned by any customs duties and taxes. They are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

-Restricted goods cannot ship overseas, and all countries have items specifically forbidden for shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items comply with the laws and rules of the carrier.

-We encourage you to contact your local Customs office if you have questions about their rules.

-We shop France is therefore not responsible for missing, return of importation banned, unknown, rejected, unclaimed by the customer. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that have occurred during the transport of the products or delays.

Article 8: Right of Withdrawal

About the buying and shipping service, under article 121-21-8 12 of French legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

As for purchased items on online stores, the seller’s conditions will be applied. On the other hand, we remind you that the customer will bear the cost of return and the We shop France service ends with the shipment of the package.

Article 9: Refund

If your items are sold out, you will be refunded the cost of your items, shipping, and service fees.
